Billboard Korea has the first interview with mega boy band idntt’s two units: unevermet & yesweare
The K-pop industry has been taken by storm with the rise of the mega boy band, idntt. With their unique sound, powerful performances, and undeniable charm, the group has captured the hearts of fans all over the world. And now, Billboard Korea has the honor of being the first to sit down with the two units of idntt, unevermet and yesweare, for an exclusive interview.
The two units, consisting of three members each, have been making waves in the industry with their individual talents and dynamic chemistry. unevermet, made up of members Jisoo, Taehyun, and Jungkook, is known for their smooth vocals and impressive dance moves. On the other hand, yesweare, composed of members Jin, Jimin, and V, is known for their powerful rapping skills and charismatic stage presence.
When asked about their journey as two separate units within the same group, Jisoo of unevermet shared, “It was definitely a challenge at first. We were used to performing together as one group, so it was a bit nerve-wracking to go on stage with just the three of us. But as we continued to work together, we found our own unique style and sound, and it has been an amazing experience ever since.”
V of yesweare added, “It’s been a learning process for us too. We’ve always been close as a group, but working together as a unit has brought us even closer. We’ve become each other’s biggest supporters and we push each other to be the best we can be.”
idntt has been known for their powerful and meaningful lyrics, and the two units are no exception. When asked about their songwriting process, Taehyun of unevermet shared, “We all have different experiences and emotions, so we try to incorporate that into our music. We want our fans to relate to our songs and feel comforted by them.”
Jin of yesweare added, “We also draw inspiration from our fans. They are our biggest motivation and we want to create music that resonates with them.”
The two units have also been making headlines with their recent collaborations with other artists. When asked about their collaboration with international superstar, Taylor Swift, Jimin of yesweare shared, “It was a dream come true for us. We have always admired Taylor’s music and to have the opportunity to work with her was an incredible experience.”
Jungkook of unevermet added, “We’ve also had the chance to collaborate with other talented artists in the industry, and it has been an honor to learn from them and create something special together.”
With their growing success, it’s no surprise that idntt’s two units have a huge fanbase all over the world. When asked about their fans, V of yesweare shared, “Our fans are everything to us. They have been with us since the beginning and have supported us through every step of our journey. We are grateful for their love and we promise to continue working hard to make them proud.”
